In 2010, 9,491 operators qualified as Elite by meeting these criteria:

1) Redeemed or more 5 participating brands
2) Redeemed at least 360 cases
3) Earn points from at least 2 bonus promotions

That’s a net gain of 1,317 Elite tier operators over 2009, or a 16% improvement. Our 2010 Communications plans include:

1) 1/20 eNewsletter announcement to Elite qualifiers
2) Quarterly Elite eStatements (March, June, October)
3) Ongoing message in Message Center
4) Link in Message Center to document of Elite benefits

Here’s a snapshot of the top 20:

  • Sorted by brands redeemed – 13 Restaurants are in the top 20. The top operator is a Restaurant that redeemed 71 (72%) of the 99 brands in the program!
  • Sorted by brands redeemed – 55% of the top 20 are Self-operated.
  • Sorted by cases redeemed – the top 20 is a equal mix of segments including B&I (4), Education (3), Healthcare (3), Other (3), Retail (3), and Travel & Leisure (4).
