Challenges are only increasing with the economy concerns – staffing and budget. The older generation of workers are retiring and replacing them with the newer generation of workers means we all need to rethink of ways to empower them to want to come to “work”. The old days of the 30 year plus employees are gone – happy to see a 30 month past employment record on many applications. With the increase in gas and grocery prices – budgeting for equipment, even small wares is harder at this time. Appreciate the “points” and ways to work towards rewarding staff with equipment and/or other items to help them do their job more efficiently.
